New circles are invite-only. Communities with 25 or more members on Heed for Communities can ask to be listed publicly, with a leader profile people can read.

A Circle is a group praying the same prayer on a schedule. A Companion is one friend you do a daily challenge with, sharing a streak. A Witness is one person you send a weekly update on your progress, by text, WhatsApp or email; they don’t need the app.
Yes. Circles are shared with other people, so members sign in with Apple or Google. Your circles and streaks stay with you if you change phones. Everything else in Heed works without an account.
Yes, anyone signed in can. Go to Circles → Start a circle. It’s free for one invite-only circle of up to 50 members; share it by link, QR code, WhatsApp, text or email.
Once a circle has 25 members and its leader is on Heed for Communities, the leader can request a public listing. We review each one; listed circles appear in Discover and on our website with the leader’s profile.

Your declarations are processed on your device — your voice never leaves your phone. We only collect anonymous usage stats, which you can turn off.
Only your progress — your streak and that you're showing up. They don't see which apps you opened. You add a Witness yourself, and you can remove them anytime.
Yes. On Android, Heed is a prayer circles app (Christian Prayer Group - Heed on Google Play). Your circles work across iPhone and Android, so you can pray with anyone. Focus Mode, the app blocker, is iPhone only for now.
